No, as courier fees varies as the petrol prices fluctuate, it is impossible to tell what that prices will be. Due to Post Office strikes on a regular basis, we are not making use of them. We have opt to use specialized courier services.
Within 5 (five)days of your order being delivered to your door or to your nearest post office, you can request an exchange of a defective product by following the instructions:
– Inspect your product before use/wash. Do not remove your swing tag.
– Your items will need to be in their original condition, with tags attached, unworn/unwashed, unstained and free from perfumes to be eligable for an exchange on a defective product. We need to inspect the item in its original condition to see where the problem occured and to prefent future issues. This can only be done if the product is in it’s original condition. – If you washed the product we are not able to know if the item was damaged during use or wash.
– Only during these conditions will we accept an exchange and inspect with feedback. – Notify us via email to firstname.lastname@example.org (Subject Line: Your order number – Defective Product Received).
– No exchanges will be issued on sale items.
– Once we receive the item we will inspect and give feedback on our findings.

As specified in our T&Cs, Lu-May will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the product information, availability, purchase price and associated delivery times and fees are accurately reflected on the site.
- However, every now and them problems do arise. Should Lu-May deliver the incorrect product(s) to you by mistake please do not remove the product from its original packaging, do not remove the labels or try the product on at all.
- Please contact email email@example.com (subject line: your order number – Incorrect Item) within 5(five) working days. Lu-May will resolve the error by arranging to collect the incorrect product(s) from you and to deliver the correct product(s) to you as quickly as possible.
