How does your sizing work?

Our sizes are STANDARD SA SIZING. The guide is S/8/32, M/10/34, L/12/36, XL/14/38, 2XL/16/40. Please note that a "cut/style" can be more skimpy, more fitted, or more oversized. If you are in-between sizes, you can email us for assistance.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay for your order using Visa & MasterCard, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) & Debit Card, Cheque Card, and Credit Card.

Are all items padded?

Most of our items are padded. Please see the product description for each product for more information. Some items are sheer and therefore not padded.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we accept exchanges on non-defective products within five working days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with tags attached, unworn, and unstained. No exchanges are issued on sale items.

What is the turnaround time for dispatch?

Dispatch lead times, which is the time from when we receive your payment to when your order is dispatched, can take between 5-12 working days, depending on demand and stock levels.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery takes 1-3 working days for main city centers and 3-5 working days for outlying areas once the order has been dispatched. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.

How do I care for my swimwear?

To ensure your swimwear lasts, we recommend hand washing it in cold water with a mild detergent. Do not wring or twist the swimwear. Lay it flat to dry in the shade. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying, and ironing. Do not use bleach or harsh chemicals.
